If your item is damaged during shipment here’s what I’ll need from you in order to process a refund:
Contact within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged item and packaging.
Contact first before sending any items back. (Items will need to be shipped with a tracking number.)
Refunds for insured items will be issued once the insurance claim has been fully processed.
